Who are you?

The fact that you even clicked on this section about investing is interesting because you’re either one of two classes:

You’re someone who has made a purchase on an investment before.
You’re someone who hasn’t purchased an investment property before, but are looking to learn and get involved.

If you have invested in real estate before then the things you will read on this page are going to be incredibly interesting to you, because you will realize in seconds that we don’t just know the game, we practically invented this game.

If you have never made an investment before, here’s what we know; you have probably read some great investment books, or maybe you’ve been to some seminars, or at the least, you’re certainly aware that most fortunes in the world have been in real estate.

What agents can really help you with investing?

Here is an important fact of record you must understand when working with agents. If you own your own home, then you probably own more homes than most the agents you will come across. And if you own one piece of investment real estate, then you own more investment real estate than 99% of all agents in this business.

So you have to ask yourself…if an agent is an expert at investing in real estate and they truly believed and understood in the investment side of real estate, wouldn’t they own some of it?

What is our experience?

We don’t own a couple, a few, some, a lot, or a bunch of properties. We own an unbelievable amount of properties. If “pretty good” to you is 12, 15, 20, or 30, units, then we are above “pretty good”. We own roughly 100 investment units with real rental income coming to us for the rest of our lives.

Ways to make money

There are two ways to make money investing with us. The passive way where you are looking to buy and hold property for passive income, and the other route of flipping homes where you buy, fix, and sell them for a quick profit.

But there are two fundamental issues with these options.

You don’t know where to buy them…that’s why you’re looking on our website.
You don’t fully understand the process of flipping homes. While you may have read several books on them, when you get started, there are huge questions that you have to deal with or you find your profit fading fast. Questions such as, how do you fix it? How deep do you go? Where do you start where do you stop?

Understand this:

We have lost more money in real estate than most people will ever make. When talking real estate, you don’t want to know what people made, you want to know what people lost. This determines who really has been in the game and been through all the kinds of experiences required to be an expert today.

So where do we get our properties?

We get the majority of our properties from the courthouse steps of foreclosure auctions. Alternatively, we get them directly through the bank with bulk purchases.

You can go to the MLS (The agent database of homes), but the problem here is that everyone knows about these homes and has access to them so you are competing with dozens of other investors (which drives the purchase price higher).

What’s it take to invest with us?

To invest with you we require that you hang out with us for a day so you can see exactly what and how we do what we do. Otherwise there is no value in what we bring to the table if you can’t see it for yourself.

The success and/or failure of your first transaction you go through determines if you will go forward and become a millionaire investor or never touch this world again. The problem with most investors is that they have no guidance.
